Screen is frozen when power adapter is connected   *Symptom:*  System is working as expected on battery.  Once power supply connector is plugged in, instantly a single "beep" sound comes out and the screen is frozen.  Mouse pointer is not working and touch screen also not giving any feedback. Unplug power supply connector, then all feature is back to normal.  *Solution:*   Please upgrade Intel HD Graphics driver via Device Manager.  If it doesn’t work, download Intel VGA Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) then install manually .
